Since we are working on our essays, let's take a moment to blog about our novel, Animal Farm.
The pigs in the novel begin spreading propaganda in order to take over total control of Animal Farm and reap the benefits of holding power over others.
Webster defines propaganda as: the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person.
For your 2nd blog of November, I would like for you to embed an image that you believe to be propaganda, then respond to the following questions about it:
1) What ideas, information, or rumors does this artifact of propaganda attempt to spread?
2) What institution, cause, or person is it trying to help or hurt? Explain.
3) What do you think is the most persuasive element of this propaganda? Why?
